2. Process to View Adangal (అడంగల్)

The Adangal shows the current status of the land, including crop details, soil type, and the cultivator’s name. It is mandatory for crop insurance and agricultural loans.

  1. Click the button below to open the Adangal page.
  2. Select “Your Adangal” (మీ అడంగల్) or “Village Adangal”.
  3. Select your District, Zone, and Village.
  4. Enter your Survey Number or Aadhaar Number, solve the Captcha, and click Submit.

3. Process to View 1-B Record (RoR)

The 1-B Record is the absolute, permanent legal proof of property ownership in Andhra Pradesh. You must have this document for selling the property or getting a bank loan.

  1. Click the link below to visit the 1-B Record page.
  2. Select “Your 1-B” from the options.
  3. Enter your geographical details (District/Mandal/Village).
  4. Enter your Khata Number or Aadhaar and download the PDF.

4. FMB (Field Measurement Book) & Village Maps

In case of boundary disputes with neighbors, you can download the FMB sketch to see the exact geometrical measurements and boundaries of your land parcel.

  1. Click the FMB Maps button below.
  2. Enter your District, Mandal, Village, and exact Survey Number.
  3. The system will generate a map showing F-Lines and G-Lines of your plot.

5. Aadhaar Linking Process

To receive PM-Kisan and other government subsidies, linking your Aadhaar to your Khata number is strictly mandated by the government.

  1. Click the Aadhaar Link verification button.
  2. Select the ‘Aadhaar / Other Identities’ menu tab on the site.
  3. Enter your Khata number to check if Aadhaar is linked.
  4. If missing, you can upload the document online or visit a MeeSeva center.

6. Download Electronic Passbook (EPB)

The Electronic Passbook contains your photo, QR code, and digital signature, making it a highly secure document replacing physical books.

  2. Enter your District, Zone, and Khata Number.
  3. Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
  4. Download the digital passbook.

7. View Bhu Naksha (Cadastral Maps)

Bhu Naksha provides a visual representation of land parcels overlaid on a map. It helps owners understand their property’s position relative to roads and other survey numbers.

  1. Click the Bhu Naksha link to access the mapping portal.
  2. Select your District, Mandal, and Village.
  3. The interactive map will load, allowing you to click on specific survey numbers for details.

8. Webland Portal Records

Webland is the core database managing land mutations, subdivisions, and government land distributions. Accessing Webland helps in verifying if the recent property registration has been mutated in the revenue records.

  1. Click the Webland button below.
  2. Check for Land Distribution Reports or Mutation statuses.
  3. Enter your details to verify backend updates.
